Terms & Conditions (for the Job Seeker)
eUdyog.com is a registered portal, owned by NBB HR Job Alerts Private Limited, a company registered in India under the Indian Companies Act 1956.
In this agreement, the words "Portal", "eUdyog.com" are used interchangeably and both refers to NBB HR Job Alerts Private Limited.
The word "Job Seeker", inter changeably used with the terms "Registered User" or more simply "User" refers only to an individual job seeker who has registered details about himself/herself on the portal with the explicit understanding that he/she agrees to receive alerts (by email or other means) about the various career opportunities available with the customers of eUdyog.com that match with their skill sets.
The job seeker has to be a registered user of the portal. For this the job seeker has to register himself/herself with the portal.
The user confirms that all the information provided by him/her as part of the registration is true to the best of his/her knowledge and belief.
The user assures eUdyog.com that the information that he/she has fed into the portal about themselves is correct in all respects and does not carry any false information.
The portal reserves the right to terminate an user account or deny an user from accessing their account if it suspects that the information pertaining to the user is incorrect either in full or in part.
All users, shall only create a single user name and password for themselves and not indulge in creating multiple user name and passwords. The system does not prevent them from using one or more key words from the available list to best describe their profile. Hence, to be informed of all jobs available in eUdyog.com that suits one's profile, it is better to associate more keywords to one's profile rather than creating more user name and password for the same user. If in case, the user feels that they are not able to best describe their profile within the available features of eUdyog.com, they are requested to contact the Product Support department. This would result in eUdyog.com contacting the user to provide the necessary clarification.
The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user name, password and other registration information pertaining to himself / herself.
This being a free service to the user, eUdyog.com does not guarantee on the server uptime or response time and everything is done on a best effort basis.
The user undertakes to use eUdyog.com for his/her own purpose only and not for any commercial benefit out of the same.
The user shall not utilize the services offered by eUdyog.com in any manner so as to impair the interests and functioning of eUdyog.com. The user undertakes not to duplicate, download, modify and distribute material on eUdyog.com unless specifically authorized by eUdyog.com in this regard.
The user undertakes not to establish any link to any specific page of eUdyog.com without obtaining prior consent of eUdyog.com.
The user shall not indulge in any activity that might result in breaking of the security systems that are in place in eUdyog.com. Example : Using software to crawl the portal and access or change the contents of the portal.
Similarly, the user is solely responsible for the result of any of their action arising as a fall out of their response to an advertisement that they have come across on eUdyog.com. eUdyog.com does not certify or guarantee the correctness of the information posted by the advertiser with whom they have entered into a paid contractual obligation and their obligation is restricted to hosting the information given by the advertiser on its portal namely eUdyog.com.
In short, the liability of the portal to the user is NONE.

eUdyog.com is a registered portal, owned by NBB HR Job Alerts Private Limited, a company registered in India under the Indian Companies Act 1956.
In this agreement, the words "Portal", "eUdyog.com" are used interchangeably and both refers to NBB HR Job Alerts Private Limited.
The word "customer" refers to an organization which has entered into a written agreement with eUdyog.com and shared for hosting on the portal, details of the career opportunities available in their organization to be relayed to all registered users of eUdyog.com whose skill set matches with those desired by the customer.
The rights of the advertiser is governed by the contract that eUdyog.com has entered into with the advertiser and the same supersedes all other obligations.
