S. Mohan, Chairman has over 27 years of experience in IT industry. He holds a B.Tech (Elec & Communications) from Anna University.

A serial entrepreneur, he was one of the founders of Knowledge Systems that raised venture capital funding from UTI Venture funds and successfully exited from the venture through M&A. Prior to that he held senior positions at Wipro Technologies and involved in R&D activities at C-DOT and ISRO.

A. Narayanan, Co-Founder has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. He is an alumunus of Anna University and University of South Florida - Tampa having taken degrees in Computer Applications and Computer Science respectively from them.

He started his career with Precision Systems in Clear Water - Florida, USA. Subsequently, he joined Wipro Technologies (then known as Wipro Systems) at Bangalore in 1992. He had been associated with the Talent Acquisiton programs of leading Indian organizations since 1994.

GC Bhaskar, Co-Founder has over 19+ years of experience in the IT industry. He holds a MS (Comp Sc) from Johns Hopkins University, MD, USA.

He has held senior positions in engineering and program management with leading IT services and product companies such as Wipro, Axes Technologies USA (Now part of Tech Mahindra), Hughes Network Systems, MD, USA, Flextronics Software Systems (now Aricent) and VeriSign.
