Dr. M.P.Ravindra holds a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics from IISc. (1974). He has been in the IT industry since 1977.
He has held senior management positions in Government and Private Sector across wide range of responsibilities in the IT industry.
Currently, he is Advisor - Education and Research for Infosys Technologies Limited. Earlier, he was the SVP and Head of E & R of Infosys as also Chairman of the Education Governance Council of Infosys. He led the Infosys charge in scaling their education program from a few thousands to a capacity for training over 40000 engineering and science graduates into IT industry. The innovative and one of the most successful Industry Institution programs named Campus Connect was conceptualized by him.
Recently, he has been elected as the Chairman of the CII task force on higher education policy.
He has several publications to his credit in his parent field as also in the field of IT and education. He has won several recognitions throughout his education and later. He was elected Infosys Fellow in 2002. Earlier in his research career he won fellowships of CSIR, India and IISc post doctoral research fellowship.
Ramdevan V Krishnaswamy is a management graduate from Bernard Baruch College, New York. Currently, he is a Director of Redbrick Realtors in Chennai, a niche real estate developer. His business interests spans across industries such as IT, Realty, trading and garments.
Earlier in his career, Ramdevan was one of the founding principal in Intellisys Technology, LLC a software services consulting company based in the US, with offices in Australia, Singapore and India. He is a specialist in Mergers & Acquisition having worked for over 10 years in one of New York's larger financial information services company in the area of deal structure for entertainment finance.
